Today (2nd January 2019) we held seminar in conflict management and resolution in collaboration with Somali National Independent Reconciliation Commission.
More than 200 students from different universities across the country participated and received certificates. during the training participants learned basic conflict management skills. how to manage disputes and disagreements in a positive manner, or even avoid them altogether. This conflict management seminar taught participants the skills to critically evaluate conflict situations and then choose the appropriate strategies and tools to manage and/or resolve these conflicts.
Members from the Federal Parliament, the Law Enforcement, and Office of the Prime Minister participated the event.
