Prof. Abdulkadir B. Mohamed, SG of UNASOMALIA, met with H.E. Somalia's Ambassador to the EU and Benelux, Yonis Yassin Hashi (Ooga-Cadde), at the Somali Embassy in Brussels, Belgium.

During the meeting, the Secretary-General reaffirmed the UNASOMALIA's commitment in improving Somalia's image as much as promoting the UN's aims, objectives, principles, and ideals in Somalia.

UNASOMALI commends H.E. Yonis Yassin Hashi for leading successful diplomatic missions through the development of mutually beneficial relationships and the promotion of friendly relations between the EU, Benelux, and Somalia.
